These Terms govern your purchase and use of the ClassBrain Guide and any bonus materials we provide alongside it. By buying the guide you agree to these Terms.
ClassBrain is a digital product for K-12 teachers, operating from within the European Union. Full business identification is available on request. Contact: info@getclassbrain.com.
The ClassBrain Guide is a digital product. It includes:
The exact format and contents may change as we improve the product. We may add or update materials; we will not materially reduce what you have already received.
The current price is shown on the sales page. Payment is processed in US dollars by Stripe. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. This is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews. Nothing auto-bills.
You will receive the guide and bonuses by email within minutes of purchase. If you have not received them within one hour, check your spam folder and then email info@getclassbrain.com.
If the guide is not the right fit for you, email info@getclassbrain.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund every cent. No forms, no interrogation, no awkward conversation. You keep the bonuses anyway, with our thanks for trying it.
This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
EU and UK consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on most online purchases. Because the ClassBrain Guide is a digital product delivered immediately, by completing checkout you acknowledge and consent that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins. Our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you a longer and broader refund window than the statutory minimum.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the ClassBrain Guide and bonuses for your own teaching work. You may print copies for your own use, save them on your own devices, and adapt the prompts and templates inside the guide for your own classroom.
Sharing the classroom setup you build with the guide with colleagues at your own school for their own classroom use is fine. Reselling the guide or bonuses is not.
We retain all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the guide, bonuses, and the contents of this website. The classroom context you create using the guide — your own notes, prompts adapted for your room, and the materials you produce with your AI — is your work; the guide's templates, prompts, and content remain ours.
The ClassBrain Guide is a framework you use with AI tools you choose. We are not the AI provider, we do not host or store your classroom data, and we do not see what you put into the AI tools you use with the guide. The guide teaches you to use initials and roles rather than identifiable student information; you are responsible for following that practice and for complying with the student privacy rules of your country, district, or school.
We make no promise about how much time you will save, how well the AI will write in your voice, or how your administrators or parents will react. Results depend on your effort, your choice of AI tool, and your own classroom. Our promise is that if the guide is not worth it to you, we refund it under the guarantee above.
The guide is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the guide is limited to the amount you paid us for the guide. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you materially breach these Terms (for example, by reselling the guide), we may revoke your licence. You may stop using the guide at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment within the European Union. EU consumer protection law, and any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence, apply. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the seller's place of establishment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. The version in force when you bought the guide continues to apply to your purchase.
